On this page, we’ll explain how to check the balance of a Next gift card. Grab your gift card and follow the steps!

Checking your balance by online

You can check the balance of your Next Gift Card or e-Voucher only during the checkout process. Simply add your items to the bag, proceed to payment, and enter your Gift Card or e-Voucher details. At this stage, your remaining balance will be displayed. There is currently no separate balance checker page available.

Checking your balance by phone

 

For a quicker option, you can call Next on 0333 777 8800. This is a local rate number and may be included in your mobile plan if you have bundled minutes. The line is operated by Next and can provide your balance details.

Checking Your Balance In-Store

 

You can also check your balance in person by visiting any Next store in the UK. Simply present your Gift Card at the till, and a team member will check and confirm the available balance for you.

The amount on your Next gift card will be displayed, along with the expiration date of the card.
